How and when do I get paid?
Payment is released for approved work through the platform you were hired through (such as Upwork, Airtasker, or Prolific) or via PayPal. Your Get Paid screen shows the method and timing.
I haven't added my PayPal email — what now?
No problem. Email us at hello@voicesft.com and we'll help you update your payment details.
My recording was rejected. What should I do?
Open the recording step again — you'll see a short note explaining what to fix, then you can re-record and submit.
Can I change my language or country?
Yes. Message support and we'll update your profile so you're matched with the right scripts.
