1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Voice SFT, creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Voice SFT.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country and able to lawfully receive payment for approved work. You agree that the information you provide, including your name, country, eligibility details, and payment information, is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Credentials are issued for your own use only. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person, one account.

4. Contributions, review & payment

• Voice SFT may invite you to contribute speech, language, verification, annotation, or related content. You agree to follow the instructions provided and to submit genuine work created by you.
• We review submissions for quality, authenticity, and alignment with the stated requirements. We may approve a submission, request a correction or re-recording, or decline work that does not meet those requirements.
• Payment is made for approved work through the hiring source or payment method communicated to you. Timing, amount, and any required payment details will be provided before or during the relevant work experience.
• To avoid delays, keep your payment information accurate and contact support if something needs to be updated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is not your own, that includes other people without their consent, or that contains unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
• Use automated tools, fake accounts, or any method to misrepresent your work or identity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Your submissions & licence

You keep ownership of your voice and original content. By submitting recordings, responses, annotations, or related materials, you grant Voice SFT and its partners a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and create derivative works from your submission for the purpose of operating our services and developing, training, evaluating, and improving speech, language, and AI technologies. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice SFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. Approved payments owed to you for legitimately completed work will still be honoured.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
